Saddleback Valley Communities, LLC is a privately held owner operator of residential multi-units, with an emphasis in Manufactured Home Communities. Currently SVC owns and operates more than 1000 units in 3 different western states. SVC seeks to acquire under performing income properties, specifically those with vacancy upside. SVC then works to improve the occupancy rate, while driving down expenses, typically via benefits derived from economies of scale. Increased cash flow is realized and an enhancement to the underlying real estate value follows. Ben Braband and Case Vande Poppe are the companies sole owners.
